Molly began her residency sketching approaches to conflict resolution. Working figuratively and symbolicly, she juxtaposed figures in opposite situations including open/closed, happy/sad, angry/joyful and competitive/collaborative. The collagraph plates she created for the above prints focused on two modes of behavior: shutting down communication through anger and opening up communication though embracing.
